Reservations
Reservations may be made by e-mail or phone. A credit card number is used to hold the reservation. Upon arrival you may pay with a credit card, check or cash. Check Room Availability
In the event you are unable to keep your reservation, simply give us a call within 72 hours of your arrival time for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in being charged for your room. For the U of O graduation weekend we require 2 weeks notice of cancellation.
Our check-in time is 4pm to 6pm. The single biggest frustration for us as innkeepers is waiting for guests who are unable to make their agreed upon check-in time so we have had to get more specific about arrivals. If you arrive earlier and we are home we will gladly check you in-just give us a call. If you have not checked in by 7pm and have not called we reserve the right to give your room to someone else. For those of you who travel with cell phones, if you program us (541 344 6506) into your phone you can easily call if you are going to be late or need help with directions.
In the spring of 2008 our house was taken over by a lovely sleek black cat named Shenequa and the family as well as guests are quite smitten by her. She is not allowed in guest rooms but if you have severe allergies it could be a problem for you.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate your pets, but can refer you to our favorite local kennel and will even check on availability for you.
Bicycles are available for guest use. Guests must sign a liability waiver and agree to wear helmets.
We welcome children and we have a large number of great children’s books in our library. Keep in mind that the inn is not child proof by any stretch of the imagination. There are lots of breakables in the common areas, the guest rooms are less of a problem. All guest rooms are on the second floor, if that makes a difference to you.There is a great city park next to the Inn with a tennis court, playground, and in the summer, a wading pool. In addition, there’s the riverfront park and bike path for bicycling, rollerblading, and additional playgrounds.
Please remember that River Walk Inn is a non-smoking establishment.

Prices are based on single occupancy. For each additional person add $10.
Rate includes breakfast but does not include room taxes.We offer a discount to Wings participants. Please check with innkeeper for details.
On January 1, 2008 we raised our room rates for the first time in almost eight years. We think you will still find our rates competitive and a good value. As our B&B shows up on all sorts of sites all over the internet it is close to impossible for us to find and edit every one. If you got to this page and were disappointed, we apologize.
